Description
This project aims to investigate the entire life cycle of ADP-ribose modifications, identify specific modification sites on PARP14 and PARP15, develop peptide-based inhibitors targeting viral glycohydrolases, and map the biochemical pathway converting ADP-ribose to phosphoribose. The research will enhance understanding of ADP-ribosylation mechanisms and develop novel therapeutic strategies.
