Description
This project aims to develop and evaluate tissue-engineered vascular grafts (TEVGs) for use in pediatric congenital heart surgeries, specifically the Fontan procedure. The study will assess the vasoreactivity, growth capacity, compliance, and resistance to calcification of TEVGs compared to traditional PTFE grafts through computational modeling and clinical follow-up.
