Siemens Quote# 10628871 Scope of Work Siemens is proud to present our turnkey building management system (BMS) solution for Project Apalachicola NERR AHU Controls Repairs. Furnish and install the Siemens Building Management System (BMS) in accordance with Specialist's site visit. Siemens will provide and install Actuators for OA &/or RA damper control for AHU1, AHU5, AHU11 and AHU12 to replace failed equipment. Siemens will provide and install (1) Room Humidity Sensor for AHU2 to replace failed equipment. Siemens will provide and install (2) RIB low-voltage control Relay for AHU12 to replace non-existent equipment. Labor included to disconnect existing failed equipment and install new replacement. Verify correct operation and programming of controls and connection back to Siemens building automation system. All work to be performed during normal business hours.
