Description
The Utah Transit Authority (UTA) is soliciting statement of qualifications for a Front Runner Forward Program Management Services Consultant (FRF-PMSC) for various UTA departments. The selected Consultant (or Team) will perform Front Runner Forward Program Management Services under the day-to-day guidance of UTA, and in general conformance with a schedule and staffing budget plan developed by the FRF-PMSC and approved by UTA. Only one Proposer will be selected for the FRF-PMSC contract. The FRF-PMSC shall co-locate a certain number of key personnel and be able to scale their workforce to accommodate the estimated needs set forth on an annual basis under management and direction of the UTA Project Director/Manager. The FRF-PMSC should be able to scale supporting staff up or down depending on UTA needs.
