--INSTALLATION OF ALL NECESSARY CRITICAL BARRIERS & CONTAINMENT. --REMOVE 467 ST OF ASBESTOS FLOOR TILE & CEMENTITIOUS UNDERLAYMENT FROM NURSE'S OFFICE & ATTACHED VESTIBULE. --TRANSPORTATION & DISPOSAL OF ALL WASTE TO AN EPA APPROVED LANDFILL.; **Overtime, weekend and/or holiday work is NOT included in this proposal. **Cost for third-party air monitoring not included in above cost. **Branch Services is not responsible for damages to surfaces caused by tape and/or glue removal. **Owner is responsible for removing all contents from work area before mobilization. **Owner is responsible for accessible water & electrical hook-up. **Branch Services shall have access to the building on a 24-hour basis, if necessary. **Proposal price quote will be honored for 30 days. **Payment is due upon completion. **Estimate based on SCDPW Contract # RTHM-072722
