Description
Merced County is accepting proposals for COVID-19 Outreach, Education, and Assistance Services to assist with grant program goals related to education, outreach, and assistance with enrollment for COVID-19 testing and vaccination activities. The activities will meet the program deliverables of the Merced Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity for Prevention and Control of Emerging Infectious Diseases (ELC) Expansion grant. There will be a total of five (5) agreements available for award. Each award and subsequent agreement will not exceed $50,000.00. Funding is provided through the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021, P.L. 116-260 and is contingent upon funding received from the State of California, Department of Public Health.
