Description

This project aims to understand how epigenetic crosstalks influence locus-specific sensitivity to arsenic exposure, using mouse embryonic stem cells as a model. The research will characterize genome-wide changes in DNA methylation and histone modifications, investigate the role of the arsenic methyltransferase AS3MT, and examine the reprogrammability of arsenic-induced epigenetic alterations during germ cell differentiation.
