Description

This project involves developing a wearable exoskeleton to assist veterans with spasticity in stretching their legs, aiming to reduce caregiver burden and improve quality of life. The study will evaluate safety, acceptability, and user satisfaction in 10 veterans, with a focus on safe, automated stretching using a control algorithm. The project is funded by the Veterans Affairs and is scheduled for 2026.
