Description

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL AND WASTE SERVICES; Remediation of mold in elevator cab to include the following: -QE will establish containment equipped with 6 Mil Poly FR, Critical Barriers, Mold signage, HEPA Negative Air Filtration Unit and Decontamination Chambers inside elevator -Remove ram board on wall and floor inside the elevator approximately 36 SF -As per Global request Q.E. will soak up the plywood floor inside elevator with IAQ 2,000 Wire Brush, HEPA Vacuum and Seal All Cavities -Q.E. will install dehumidifiers and blowers to dry plywood, it will take approximately 2-3 days to dry the work area -G.C./Owner must provide final clearance by 3rd party environmental hygienist -G.C./Owner must provide access to exterior of building in order to exhaust HEPA Negative Air unit during the abatement -G.C. Must provide updated Asbestos and Lead Survey prior to start of any demolition -This project is based on 1 mobilization during regular working hours (OT is excluded) -This project is based on Prevailing Wage Rates -Hazardous Disposal Fees are included -All Q.E. Inc personnel will be wearing the minimum required PPE as per our Q.E. Inc. Safety Manual, this includes but is not limited to hardhats, safety glasses, work gloves, orange vest, leather work gloves, jeans, company shirts, and any other PPE that might be required to perform the project in a safe manner.
