Request for Informal Electronic Proposals addressed to Mr. Gerardo Noriega, CTPM, Director of Purchasing & Contracting, City of McAllen, to be received on January 19, 2018 until 3:00 p.m. via the City of McAllen’s Bidding Portal. The City of McAllen reserves the right to reject any or all electronic informal price quotations, waive formalities, or accept the most advantageous bid, and hold bids for up to 45 days.
