Description
Supply Contract for furnishing Mineral Aggregate FOB: Statewide. Electronic Bidding Only. Awarded on 2024-09-24. The contract covers furnishing to the Arkansas Department of Transportation requirements of Mineral Aggregate, Crushed Stone and Gravel of various classes at pricing set forth on the attached Bid Form for the period from October 1, 2024 thru March 31, 2025 (6 months). FOB Statewide. All material shall be tested by the Vendor/Contractor at the plant and certified in writing, as directed by the Engineer, as meeting ARDOT Specifications prior to being loaded into ARDOT trucks. The contract is governed by the Laws of the State of Arkansas. Bidders must complete required certifications and documents. Pricing includes various classes of aggregates, abrasives, rip rap, haul rates, and other details as per the bid documents.
