Description
This K99/R00 research project aims to identify neurobehavioral biomarkers of craving and relapse in opioid use disorder by examining goal-driven behaviors and motivational control using naturalistic, longitudinal, and computational methods. The study involves tracking motivational control and craving during inpatient heroin addiction treatment and inspecting cortico-striatal engagement using fMRI in an independent sample.
