Description

Per emergency approval, vendor to complete the replacement and repairs of the Honeywell Farenhyt IFP-100 control panel as described in attached Estimate dated July 29, 2025. All tasks and supplies to be completed at the SB Behavioral Wellness located at 300 San Antonio Road. Adjusted amount is a not to exceed amount only at the approval of General Services, Facilities. Due to failure of system, contract to cover any additional issues found during repairs.
