1. Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, Pedestrian MOT, and Supervision $9,380.00 2. Will apply silica free glass blast media to all home exterior log surfaces. Wash entire home with Perma-Chink Wood Renew Cleaning Concentrate with less than 1000PSI to flood wood cells to allow for proper stain and chinking adhesion. Apply one coat of Armor-Guard Borate treatment to all wood surfaces. Armor-Guard protects uninfected wood from wood decay and wood destroying insects. Includes: Removal of all light fixtures, ceiling fans and down spouts. Covering all windows and outdoor plants and cleaning of all exterior windows. Media blasting of front porch posts, front porch header, and front porch beams. Protecting all decks and porch floors with plastic. Excludes: Media blasting of fascia, soffit, T1-11 dormer, rear porch posts, rear porch header, rafters, porch ceilings, decks, deck fascia, AC wooden fencing, carport log siding wall, window trim, and door trim. Will apply Check Mate 2 to all log checks greater than. It is the job of the Clear Coat to maintain the checks smaller than. Treat and fill bee holes. Will grind all log ends and seal with Perma-Chink Log End Seal. This provides a durable, water repellent barrier against excessive cracks and checks.
