Description

LABOR - 3 MEN - - Lump-sum for the annual inspection for 3 units up to 5 tons. This price includes all travel, labor, and expenses providing all units are done at the same time or with work in the area.; PARTS - - Scope of Work Repair eight support columns in the BFP building by adding base plates at 2-3" above floor grade. Masonry anchors will be installed at each corner of each base plate and secured to the existing slab. Non-shrink grout will be compacted under the base plate. Elevating the base plate and grouting will reduce future damage from overflow events. Base plates will be notched to accommodate the existing conduit located in the web or flange of each column. Provided by the customer: 110 V electrical power for saws, drills, mixers, etc. Access to the building for 10+ hours per day, consecutively, until the work is complete (estimate 6 days on-site).
