Description
This project aims to develop a robust, multi-omic spatial platform for routine profiling of human tumors at scale. It builds upon the invention of Slide-tags, a single-cell spatial genomics technology, to enable spatial profiling of tumors, including measurement of transcription, epigenetic states, and genome variation within individual cells.
