The DAC project funded by the National Institute on Aging aims to generate and standardize datasets from human lung and heart tissues and models, develop a senescence atlas using advanced computational and AI algorithms, and support data sharing and quality assurance.

Description

The Data Analysis Core (DAC) will construct biomarker and map datasets from human lung and heart tissues, cells, and 3D models. It will deliver standardized data to the TriState SenNet TMC and the SenNet Data Coordinating Center (CODCC). Goals include storing, analyzing, and modeling datasets, developing a lung and heart senescence atlas using advanced algorithms, and collaborating on open data standards and assay cross-validation.
