Description

The goal of this project is to provide a roof recover for multiple sections of the roof at the Boyd Juvenile Detention Center. Approximately half of the roof was replaced previously. This project will replace the remainder of the roof. The existing roof is a two-ply modified bitumen roof which appears to have been heavily patched. The new system will be a gypsum cover board with a new two ply SBS modified bitumen roof set in cold adhesive. The existing metal coping will be re-used on the part of the building to receive new roofing.
