On-Call Survey Services

Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Prosper Portland requests statements of qualifications, expertise, and pricing from individuals or firms to provide Survey Services on an as needed basis. Prosper intends to award multiple Flexible Service Contracts from this RFQ. A Flexible Service Contract is a price agreement to provide a range of services with work authorized through Work Orders. Prosper Portland makes no guarantee of work under a Flexible Services Contract.
