Description
Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under the laws of the State of Oregon and the Metro Charter, is seeking to establish a list of qualified firms for natural area habitat restoration as planned and designed by the agency’s Parks and Nature Program. This is Step One of a Two Step Request for Proposal (RFP). Step One is a prequalification step; successful proposers will be prequalified for Step Two. Only prequalified proposers will be able to propose on Step Two. Prequalified proposers will receive a Step Two Request to submit further written information, including a price list, and to come for a two-part interview. Any proposers that receive an award after Step Two will be part of a pool of on-call contracts for natural area habitat restoration.
