Scope: 2nd Floor Main Office Admin Restroom Renovation W.O. #2947428 - Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, Supervision and Project Management - Remove and store existing Toilet and Urinal Partitions for the men's and women's restrooms, 8 total toilet areas in Women's, 3 total toilet areas in men's with one urinal divider, store onsite, outside in a container NOTE: THESE SECURITY SCREWS WILL NEED TO BE DRILLED OUT - Remove and store all existing mirrors, toilet seat covers, soap dispensers, napkin disposal containers, and misc. Wall-hung items, store onsite, outside in a container - Demolition and haul off of existing sinks and countertops in the men's and women's restrooms - Re-Installation of men's and women's toilet partitions in the same location as removed from, new screws will be needed for the re-installation - Re-installation of all items in line item #3 in the men's and women's restrooms. - Supply and Install new solid surface countertops with under mount sinks in both the women's and men's restrooms and single countertops with sinks in the 2 HC Stalls, Install new single lever style faucets, there are 5 sinks in the men's and 5 sinks in the women's main countertop area, the women's new countertop will have an 8" square on the L-Corner for a trash opening to the can below. The men's sink is approx. 15'-10- 5/8" long x 24" deep and the women's L shaped sink is approx. 9' long x 24" deep with a 5'-6" L corner - Plumbing drain connections and water
