PURPOSE: To maintain a valuable specialty service to the Public Health Department (PHD), the County of Santa Barbara (COUNTY) desires to contract with Donna Eichelberger, RN (CONTRACTOR) to serve as a Forensic Medical Examiner for the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) Program.
