Description
This project aims to develop EnnA as a novel immunotherapeutic agent targeting Hsp90 to treat breast cancer by enhancing immune responses and reducing immune tolerance. EnnA is a novel Heat Shock Protein 90 (Hsp90) inhibitor that exhibits powerful antitumor activity by inducing immunogenic cancer cell death and modulating the tumor microenvironment to reduce immune tolerance. The project includes preclinical studies to assess toxicity, mechanism, immune effects, and combination therapy potential.
