Description
The City of Grants Pass desires to select an engineering firm to enter into a five-year Master Services Agreement to provide engineering services for the Water Restoration Plant (WRP) and wastewater collections system. Services include updating the WRP facilities plan, seismic upgrades, secondary clarifier rehabilitation, replacement of various plant equipment, upgrades to Redwood Conveyance, and updates to Sewer Use code and Pretreatment Program. The City intends to award the Master Services Agreement to one consultant, with a two-step selection process involving evaluation of Statements of Qualifications and optional oral presentations. Carollo Engineers was selected as the top-ranked proposer and the City intends to award the work to them.
