Development of multiplexed optical sensors for redox profiling in human iPSC models to study disease mechanisms and drug response, improving early detection of cellular dysfunction and drug safety prediction.

Description

This project aims to develop new fluorescent tools to measure oxidative stress and antioxidant capacity in human stem cell–derived models, enabling earlier and more precise detection of cellular dysfunction. The results will improve understanding of disease mechanisms and enhance the ability to predict drug safety in preclinical testing.
