A research project funded by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences to develop personalized vasopressor treatment approaches for septic shock patients using machine learning and clinical data to improve survival rates.

Description

This research project investigates the role of patient-specific factors in treatment response to initial and adjunctive vasopressor therapy in patients with septic shock. The goal is to develop accurate, individualized tools to predict the heterogeneity of response to various vasopressors and implement these tools into bedside practice to improve clinical outcomes.
