Award to Vanderbilt University for advancing FSA-CIR technology to improve cancer research through sensitive, label-free molecular interaction analysis.

### Description

Development, refinement, and validation of free-solution assay (FSA) technology and compensated Interferometric reader (CIR) to address a significant void in cancer research by providing a label-free, solution-phase, ultra-sensitive, enzyme-free technology compatible with any matrix. Useful for mechanism of action studies, membrane protein interaction studies, allosteric modulation, weak protein-protein interactions, assay development, biomarker discovery/validation, quantitative interactions, and ex-vivo measurements for first-in-human dose determinations.
