Description
This project involves the deployment of the Anton 3 supercomputer at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center, in partnership with D. E. Shaw Research. The supercomputer will enable researchers to simulate larger and more complex biomolecular systems at speeds hundreds of times faster than current resources. The project aims to provide the biomedical research community with access to this next-generation system, enhance outreach and training programs, and facilitate data sharing through a web portal. The datasets generated will support advances in molecular dynamics simulations and machine learning applications.
