Demolish the drywall wall at the west concourse near Hallway C, adjacent to the First Aid office. Build a new wall with metal framing, drywall, and finish. Cut an opening in the CMU wall, lintel and rebars reinforcement for new door installation INCLUSION: * Demolition of drywall wall near the First Aid office * Ceiling repair above demolition area * Construction of a new wall with metal framing * Drywall installation * Joint compound application on walls, ready for painting * Baseboard installation at the bottom * CMU wall cut for new door installation * Lintel and rebar reinforcement * Concrete pour * Frame and door installation * Debris disposal and dumpster * Floor protection * Cleaning * All labor and materials required to complete this scope * Necessary equipment EXCLUSIONS: * Any electrical work * Any plumbing work * Any HVAC work * Paint is not included * Door core to be provided by the owner * HVAC diffuser relocation * Any Engineering, design or permits. NOTES: * Work will be performed Monday-Friday, day shift. * Owner must approve door specifications before ordering. * VCT will be installed where the CMU wall is cut, matching as closely as possible. * Existing panels on columns will be reused. * Furniture must be removed by the owner prior to demolition. * Fire Sprinkler and FA to be on test during CMU demolition process.
