Complete a Finding of No Adverse Effect memorandum (FNAE) for the Ortega Ridge Road Bike Path Connection Project (Project) in Montecito. Background research will consist of a review of the CCoIC record search results in addition to a review of the documents already supplied by the County relating to Section 106 review of the U.S. Highway 101 widening effort and previous bike path construction.
