Description
This project aims to develop and validate a noninvasive PET imaging protocol targeting oxidized collagen to enable sensitive diagnosis, staging, and monitoring of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF) by assessing active myocardial fibrosis. The outcomes have the potential to accelerate development of therapies for HFpEF.
