Description

The study aims to analyze postmortem brain tissues of AD patients with early motor deficits and investigate the pathogenic mechanisms of motor dysfunction in rodent models of AD and FDD using biochemical, histological, genetic, and advanced MRI techniques. The hypothesis suggests that fibrin deposits and vascular degeneration lead to blood-brain barrier damage, inflammation, demyelination, axonal degeneration, and ultimately motor dysfunction.
