Description
The Clinical Biospecimen and Research Core (CBRC) facilitates clinical and translational studies in the Columbia University Digestive and Liver Disease Research Center by providing research navigation services, biospecimen collection and analysis, and comprehensive clinical data. It supports advanced analyses such as single cell, imaging, and organoid modeling, and offers subsidized services including RNA-sequencing, tissue microarrays, histopathological examination, and biostatistical support. The project promotes collaborative translational research through central infrastructure and consultative services, led by NIH-funded clinical investigators.
