• Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, Project Management - Dismantle the existing shed, which is in poor condition. Repair the (2) wood frame with new lumber to provide a solid skeleton structure. - Reconstruct the shed with cypress and PT lumber to match the existing size. Custom build the two hinged openings to allow access to the electrical transformers. Apply a new 3-tab shingle to the new 1/2" plywood sheathing for the roof with a brown drip edge to match the existing. - Obtain an electrical permit and coordinate with Duke Energy to demolish and replace one 400a panel and one 250a ECB.
