Scope: - Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, and Supervision/Project Mgmt - Repair as needed for sprinkler heads and misc items on the 26 zones that do function at this time and bring the system to function as necessary to match the original plan - Repair Zone 6 mainline break and bring the system operational as needed to match the original plan - Repair Zone 18 mainline break and bring the system operational as needed to match the original plan - Repair Zone 26 mainline break and bring the system operational as needed to match the original plan - Repair the 5 Zones that do not operate at all at this time - this is estimated based on field observations, these areas are in the parking lot by the Checkers building and along the existing structure; we can only assume what we feel was the problem in these zones, and if piping is broken under the roadway or concrete sidewalks additional costs will be required to bring the system operational as needed to match the original plan - Site Punchout and Cleanup . . .
