Description
This project aims to exploit vulnerabilities in neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC), a highly aggressive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) variant, using an LSD1 inhibitor, bomedemstat, in clinical development for unrelated indications. The research includes mechanistic studies, biomarker development, and combination therapy strategies to improve treatment responses.
