Description
The research aims to improve understanding of how femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS) affects hip shape and biomechanics, and how these relate to cartilage and labrum health assessed via quantitative MRI. The study will investigate relationships between hip morphology, biomechanics, and ultrastructural tissue measurements, leveraging statistical shape models and finite element modeling.
