QUOTE: 2009-0008 PARTS Scope of Work - Refurbish EVAPCO Cooling Tower Model ESWA102-23H Qty, (1) 1. Mobilize crews and equipment to job sites. 2. Perform lock-out and tag-out electrical systems. 3. Mobilize crews and equipment to job site 4. Install the following OEM parts for 100% thermal performance guarantee: a. Super Low Sound Fan, Qty (1) b. Fan Bushing, Qty (1) c. Stainless Steel Shaft Kit, Qty (1) d. Bearing, Qty (2) e. Driven Sheave, Qty (1) f. Driven Sheave Bushing, Qty (1) g. Fan Belt, Qty (1) h. Fan Motor, Qty (1) i. Fan Motor Bushing, Qty (1) 5. De-mobilize crews and equipment 6. Cooling tower will be turned off during the day 7. Remove debris associated with scope of work. Work performed during normal business hours (Friday - Monday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Works performed at prevailing wage.
