Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the following services at the Orange County McLeod Transfer Station, located at 5000 L B McLeod Road, Orlando, Florida 32811: 1. Interior Cleaning & Preparation -Clean the interior of the facility, including partial painting of designated areas. - Apply degreasers, detergents, and/or fungicides to all interior metal surfaces, including but not limited to: ---- Steel framing ---- Support beams ---- Ceiling and sidewalls ---- Fire suppression system - Steam clean all corrugated metal ceilings and sidewalls using 4,000 PSI pressure washing, ensuring cleanliness meets test spot quality standards. - Pressure wash all interior metal framing (trusses, bracing, gussets, struts, x-rods, and fire suppression system) using 4,000 PSI hot water at 180F with a turbine nozzle tip to remove contaminants and loose paint in preparation for repainting. 2. Exterior Cleaning -Apply degreasers, detergents, and/or fungicides to all exterior metal surfaces. - Steam clean exterior surfaces using 4,000 PSI pressure washing to remove dirt, contaminants, and buildup. 3.
