Remove chimney below roofline and boot, collar, and cap using galvanized boot.; Soffit/Fascia: Repair and wrap right front rake fascia on detached garage, wrap to be same color as existing wrap on garage.; Gutters/Downspouts: Remove and replace gutters on house and garage with 5" seamless gutters and 3x4 sized downspouts with hinged extensions.; Doors/Windows: Install 2 overhead door plexiglass windows, matching the other two best as possible. Replace 2 garage window on right elevation with atrium single hung pocket replacement windows and wrapping ex; Siding: Replace approximately 6 pieces of dutch lap vinyl siding. Replace J channel around garage entry door. Remove exterior light on back right side of garage and cap Into the box location on interior.
