Complete demolition, removal, and disposal of building structures and foundations as listed in the demolition drawings. Removal and disposal of asphalt, concrete, gravel (roads and parking), curb gutter, sidewalks, fences, gates, razor wire, and other miscellaneous site hardscapes, including underground utilities (water, sewer, storm, gas, power and telecommunications) and other items as further described by the plans and specifications. It will be the awarded contractor's responsibility to dispose of all remaining contents, including but not limited to furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and any other remaining debris left behind.
