WILL TIEBACK INTO TO EXISTING COPPER, DRAIN, ELECTRICAL, AND THERMOSTAT. UNIT COMES WITH A 5 YEAR COMPRESSOR, 1 YEAR PARTS AND 1 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY.
