Description
The proposed research addresses a prevalent population of patients with Mild Autonomous Cortisol Secretion (MACS) and will determine whether metyrapone, a short acting steroidogenesis inhibitor, will reverse abnormal steroid metabolome and improve cardiovascular morbidity and metabolic parameters in patients with MACS.
