Development of TOF-MPET imaging technology to enhance cancer radionuclide therapy imaging by improving signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity using subnanosecond gamma-cascades.

Description

This project aims to develop a novel nuclear imaging modality called TOF-MPET (Time-of-Flight Multi-Photon Emission Tomography) to improve imaging of cancer radionuclide therapy. It leverages emission of subnanosecond gamma-cascades to enhance signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity, enabling better imaging at lower activities.
