Description

South Econ Annual Preventive Maintenance Agreement for the CMS installed AV systems at the following Orange County Parks Recreation Centers: South Econ, Silver Star, Barnett Park, Meadow Woods, Goldenrod, and West Orange. This agreement also covers the Ballroom and Naples A & B conference rooms at the Renaissance Senior Center. Under the terms of this agreement CMS will perform quarterly maintenance visits to each site to perform the following duties: clean projector air filter, focus and align projector, record projector lamp and filter hours, repair or replace damaged wall input plates and cables, secure cables, perform firmware updates for Crestron room control processors and touch panels as necessary, perform wireless microphone optimization test for handheld and lavaliere microphones and tune and adjust as necessary, clean monitors and all AV components, perform complete system test, and provide refresher or new employee training session if requested. If projection lamp needs to be replaced, we will replace with owner provided lamp and reset the lamp hours meter. We will also replace the batteries in the wireless microphones and RF wireless Keyboard/mouse. Agreement to be invoiced quarterly after maintenance to all locations have been completed. CMS will create a master spreadsheet and record AV component model numbers, serial numbers, asset tag numbers (if tagged), and projector lamp and filter hours.
