Description
This project focuses on overcoming resistance mechanisms in high-risk prostate cancer through molecular and clinical research, including single-cell sequencing and clinical trials. The research aims to study whether targeting neuregulin 1 can make androgen-directed therapies more effective, discover other microenvironment-mediated mechanisms driving resistance to androgen-targeted therapies, and develop therapeutic strategies to improve cure rates for men with high-risk prostate cancer.
