Description
(REBID #1) Guilford County Detention Center Sanitary Sewer Service Replacement. The contractor is to provide all required labor, tools, material and equipment for sanitary sewer service replacement for the Guilford County Detention Center located at 507 East Green Drive in High Point, NC. Project scope includes cutting and capping existing utilities, removal of existing grease trap, demolition of existing chiller enclosure, demolition of existing retaining wall, removal and replacement of existing asphalt, concrete, and curb and gutter, removal and replacement of existing landscaping, installation of new grease trap, installation of new sanitary sewer service, installation of erosion control measures, and minor grading operations. Respondents or their sub-contractors must be licensed to perform all fields of required work in North Carolina. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned business is encouraged. It is prohibited to pay a fee, commission, percentage, or brokerage fee to any person or firm contingent upon or resulting from award of a contract of this project.
