Description

This project aims to develop novel tools to study immune responses against HIV at the single cell level. It will utilize DNA-bar-coding methodology to build reagents capable of resolving immune responses to different molecular structures of the HIV virus. The methods developed will accelerate the discovery of effective antibodies against HIV and enable rapid identification of viral structures against which the immune system is most effective.
