This project aims to examine bidirectional relationships between peripheral inflammation and reward function, and their joint prediction of first onset of major depression and increases in depression symptoms in adolescents aged 14-15, using a biobehavioral high-risk longitudinal design including blood draws, self-report, behavioral measures, and fMRI scans.
