FY27—Two-year interlocal agreement between Washoe County and the Nevada Secretary of State for FY27 and FY28. The agreement establishes the parties’ duties and obligations for ongoing maintenance of the Voter Registration and Election Management Solution (VREMS), including the County’s contribution toward the KNOWiNK Total Vote Election Management system. Contract value is $119,000 per fiscal year, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $238,000.
